    • A popular mortgage option for borrowers looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  • Pre-Quals / Pre-Approvals

Your loan will be originated and serviced locally, right here at your neighborhood credit union.

List of documents requested for the mortgage loan application process:

  • Current paystubs (last 30 days)

  • Last two years’ W2s or 1099s for each applicant

  • Tax Returns (last 2 years), if applicable

  • Last two months checking and savings account statements from all accounts (including all pages)

  • Current awards letter from the provider of such income as disability, social security, child support, alimony, pension, annuity, or any other type of alternate income (if applicable)

  • Court order for child support or alimony paid or received (if applicable)

  • Recent statements (past 2 months including all pages) for any other assets (401k, IRA, pension, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.)

  • Insurance agent’s contact information if known

Currently own real estate?

  • Copy of recent mortgage statement, if applicable

  • Home Insurance Policy information

  • Property Tax bill – for most recent year

  • VA Mortgage

    • A VA loan is a mortgage that is backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs for veterans, active military personnel, and military spouses who qualify. With no down payment requirement and competitive interest rates, it’s a great choice for eligible applicants.

  • USDA Rural Development

    • USDA loans are mortgages for homes in eligible rural areas and are backed by the United States Department of Agriculture and offered by Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH). USDA Loans have income limitations and are geared toward low-to-moderate-income borrowers. They offer lower interest rates, and no down payment may not be required.
